ChurchHub is growing fast and we need someone who loves helping people get the most out of software.
You'll be the primary point of contact for onboarding new churches, answering support requests, and turning happy customers into advocates.
What you'll do:
• Onboard new churches and guide them through setup
• Handle support tickets via email and chat
• Gather product feedback and relay it to the team
• Write help documentation and short tutorial content
What we're looking for:
• Experience in a customer-facing SaaS role
• Clear, warm written communication
• Patient, empathetic, and solutions-focused
• Bonus: experience working with or in a church or non-profit
