These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChurchHub, operated by ChurchHub, Inc. ("ChurchHub," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ChurchHub.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your church or organisation to create an account. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

ChurchHub is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will either be downgraded or you will be charged according to the plan you selected. If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel before the trial ends.
You retain full ownership of all data you and your church enter into ChurchHub. We act as a data processor on your behalf and will not use your church's member data for any purpose other than providing and improving the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consents and legal basis to store personal data about your church members in the platform. You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR where applicable.

ChurchHub and all its content, features, and functionality (including the software, design, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by ChurchHub, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written permission.
We aim to keep ChurchHub available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned downtime.
ChurchHub may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors or email providers). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChurchHub and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ChurchHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until then.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we decide to discontinue the service. In the event of termination, we will give you reasonable notice and the opportunity to export your data, except where termination is due to a serious breach.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of ChurchHub after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
